Why labelling and reporting belong together
In the Chestny Znak (Честный ЗНАК) system it is not enough to label the product; every step has to be reported to the system. If the code has been printed but no “produced / imported / transferred” report has been filed, the process is incomplete.
The labelling and reporting flow, step by step
- Code order: ordering a unique marking code (KM) for every product unit.
- Code printing: applying the DataMatrix code to the packaging or label at the correct grade.
- Entry into circulation: reporting that the codes have been put into production or import.
- Transfer of ownership (UPD): reporting each change of hands through electronic documents.
- Sale / withdrawal: retiring the code from the system at the final sale.
The critical points
- If print quality is poor the code will not scan, and the report will fail with it.
- Reports must be filed on time and in the right order.
- Manual reporting does not survive high volume; automation is required.
Error-free reporting through automation
Our CRPT integration and code management panel handle ordering, printing and reporting in one flow and reduce human error to a minimum.
